A couple of weeks ago for my Tackle It Tuesday I posted that I was working on getting all of Hailey’s spring and summer clothes washed and organized. I didn’t do Tackle it Tuesday last week because I was taking a little bloggy break. So, this week I am sharing my pictures of the job all done. This picture of the clothes on the couch is before. I had to take all of the tags off of the clothes (next time I will do that as I buy the stuff rather than waiting and doing it all at once) and I washed everything and put it all away.
Here’s the drawer all nice and organized- shorts together, capris together, pants together and organized by color.
I had to clean out the closet and put away all of the clothes that do not fit Hailey anymore. I always feel sad when I have to put away clothes that don’t fit her anymore. Anyhoo- the closet is organized as well- long sleeves together (sometimes we need long sleeves where we live even in the summer), short sleeves together, sleeveless together, dresses together, etc. It’s so easy to find what I am looking for. And, yes- it will stay like this.
Stop by 5 Minutes for Mom to see what everyone else has tackled this week.

Omg, Can you spell J E A L O U S! I have 2 girls that have more clothes than our local mall times ten! I need to set aside some time to do the same. The warmer weather is upon us and they are still sporting winter stuff!
Happy Tuesday

Good for you! I would LOVE to do this . . . but alas, we got another 3 inches of snow yesterday. Hell-O - it’s friggin’ MAY!
I used to have a hard time putting too small clothes away. Each cycle I keep a few of my favorite things and put them in a tote . . . one for Dude and one for Princess . . . I’ll give them to them when they have children. The rest, I send to friends with kids younger than ours. It’s so fun to see them wearing the clothes and getting good use out of them . . . and Princess LOVES to see the other little girls wearing her clothes . . . then go on and on and on about how she loved that particular piece of clothing and when she wore it and where she wore it
Fun!
