Yesterday was Memorial Day, but if you were to visit my house you would still see my Easter decorations out.
This picture over here on the left is in my entry way- a spring sign and some Easter bunnies and Easter eggs. The hand-print in the middle was from Hailey for Mother’s Day, so that can stay.
Anyhoo, it’s time to put the spring and Easter decorations away and get out my summer decorations. So, today I am going to be getting my boxes out of the garage to put out some different decorations.
My front door also has an Easter bunny decoration which needs to come down.
But, also, in case you are wondering- that is painters tape on my front door. Three years ago Rich and I painted our house. But the front door was never painted. I put tape on it, but Rich never took the door down so that it could be painted. The new color is supposed to be the same color as is on our shutters. The color of the door does actually go with the colors on our house. So, today we are going to decide- either the door is getting painted or I am taking that tape off.

Is Easter a very big celebration in America? Over here it is the Christian community who really celebrated this day. We only have a public holiday on Good Friday for all races here.
