Why Worry?

June 2, 2008

I am a worrier.  I mean look over there on my left hand side bar- my mood right now is anxious.  Why?  Well, because I am worried about stuff.  I come by it naturally though so there’s not really much I can do about it.  I get it from my mom.  She’s a worrier too.

I don’t ever remember not being a worrier.  As soon there is a teeny tiny hint of a problem, my little imagination takes over and I come up with a way to worry.  I remember one time soon after Rich and I had gotten married and he was late coming home from work.  I heard on the news that there had been an accident involving a motorcycle and traffic was backed up.  Well, even though Rich did not have a motorcycle, rather than assume he was stuck in the traffic I assumed he was for some reason the one on the motorcycle involved in the accident.

This is how my mind works all of the time.  Rich is constantly telling me to relax and I constantly reminding him that I can not.  I literally make myself feel sick to my stomach with all of the worrying I do.

Today I was reading about AbsoluteCalm.  It is an all natural dietary supplement that relaxes the body and soothes the mind and relaxes the body.  It also does not cause drowsiness.  This sounds fabulous to me.  Absolute Calm is 100% natural and it naturally neutralizes the occasional stresses that we all deal with almost immediately.  I think I need to some of this!

worrying causes a lot of stress and stress leads to a lot of different kinds of sicknesses. you cannot control the things that passes your mind but you can control which ones you will entertain. the ball is in your hand. God bless.
