I have been doing so well on my diet. Eating right, exercising almost every day, drinking more water- all that good stuff. Today- has not been good. All day long I have had food on my mind. And I actually did okay for the first part of the day. But right around 2pm I started snacking non-stop. Here are 13 things I have eaten today:
- Toast (breakfast)
- Bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch (lunch- I love eating cereal for lunch)
- Let the snacking begin with Animal Crackers
- Goldfish
- Swiss Cake Roll
- Peanut Butter granola bar
- Pickles
- Cheese
- Hot dog
- Roll
- Tater Tots
- Chocolate Chip M&M cookies
- Can you believe I’m looking around my kitchen for something else to eat because I don’t have 13?
I don’t think my weigh in on Friday will be very good.

The afternoons are the hardest for me too. I’m always hungry in the afternoon. After dinner my husband is hungry all the time. Go figure.

That sounds like me and my attempt at dieting lately. I make it until about 1 or 2 and then it is like the food better hide because I am coming for you!!!

Hi there! You sure have a gooooood appetite! For me, only 3 times a day. Some crackers in the morning with boiled eggs, afternoon its salad and in the evening oven fried chips or chicken livers and rice.
I lost 13kg from december, my boyfriend says I’m a anorexia wanna be, lol! He doesnt like me thin… but me love to look healthy and sexy.

What an honest 13! I have these kinds of days too, where nothing ever seems to be enough. Another time try to think for a minute about what it is you “really want”, find that sometimes identifying what I’m really craving and just eating that helps slow down the munchies.

That mid afternoon time kills me every time. I hope that once my kids are past “quiet time” in the afternoons, then I won;t have as much time to sit around and eat. You have tomorrow to get back on track…just make sure that you are enjoying your day of splurge so that you won’t be tempted again.
