Right now my computer screen looks very blurry. Do you know why? It’s because of my contacts. I don’t know what the problem is. Before I had Hailey I could wear my contacts all day long from 7am- 11pm without a problem. Now I can only wear them for a few hours before they start to make my eyes feel so dry that I can hardly stand it. And then my laptop starts to look blurry. I can see far away okay, if I can stand the dryness, but not up close.
At my last eye check up I tried several different kinds of contacts. The doctor would give me a new kind to try, I’d try it for a week or two and see how it went. That got pretty old, pretty quick. Bringing a 15 month old (Hailey’s age at the time) with me to the eye doctor every week was not something I would call fun. Finally I settled on a brand that seemed to irritate me the least. And they are actually very irritating.
I don’t know how much longer I can stand to use my contacts though and I have started to look into going back to eyeglasses.
