Every year in January I usually order my contacts to last me for the next year. I usually just order them through my eye doctor and don’t give it a second though. But, this year will be a little different. I don’t have vision insurance anymore- so I have to consider how much contacts are actually costing this year. And thanks to the Internet I can do that in just a few minutes by searching for my contact lenses online.
Since I have been paying attention the cost of contacts this year I am excited that I found AC Lens where they seem to have really reasonable prices for their contacts. At AC Lens they also have a really neat thing called LensAlert. You can see a picture of it below. Basically what it does is keep track of how many days you have left to wear your contacts. If you’re anything like me you always forget what day you started wearing your new lenses. Wearing them for too many days can do damage to your eyes. And wearing them for too few days can do damage to your wallet. So, I think this is a fantastic idea!
