Are you dieting? Most of my readers are woman and if you’re not dieting now then you probably have at one time in your life. And if you haven’t dieted yet, you probably will some day. But if you’re one of those lucky few who stay naturally thin you don’t need to read this post. But for everyone else- you’re going to love this product!
I was given some FullBar samples to try out to see what I thought. The way the FullBars work is you eat one and drink an 8 oz glass of water about a half hour before meal time. The bar expands in your stomach so that when it comes time to actually eat the meal you feel full faster and don’t eat as much. The maker of FullBar has recently come out with Aquafull as well. This is a powder that you add to your water and it works like the FullBar works.
So, do I think it works? YES!! The bars have a good amount of fiber (between 4-5 grams per bar) and protein (between 5-7 grams) in them and I really did feel full and I ate less.
How does it taste? EXCELLENT!! My favorite FullBar was the Cocoa Chip- YUMMY!!
Now if I could just get myself to listen to that little message my brain is sending saying, “You’re full Melanie- stop eating!” I think I’d be all set.
