Let me introduce you to someone. Now you probably already know Hailey- but do you my little Dottie Doo? Here she is with Hailey:
Dottie Doo has been my baby for the last 11 years. Anyone who has ever loved a dog knows how much they bring to a family. She is there for me no matter what; always looking up at me with her big brown eyes and her wagging tail. She loves me unconditionally and puts up with a lot from the toddler in the house.
I love that brown-eyed, floppy-eared, beagle-basset.
You know what I don’t love though? All of the shedding. She sheds like crazy. Sometimes she sheds huge clumps of hair. So today I was reading that the reason that some dogs shed is that they are not getting all of the nutrition they need from their food. They are under nourished.
