I remember several years ago when Rich and I were searching for our first apartment. We had a list of certain criteria we wanted met before we would even go and look at an apartment. First of all we have a dog- and she is a member of our family, so an apartment that wouldn’t allow a dog was totally out of the question. Some of the other things we wanted were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dishwasher (not me), a fitness center and of course- reasonable rent. We were able to find what we wanted, but only after a lot of phone calls on my part.
