Week 2 did not go as well as the first week.
I exercised everyday. Every other day I did the couch to 5k training and then on the days that I didn’t do that I just walked. So far I am really hating the running thing. When is that going to go away? I don’t actually mind walking so much if there is something good to watch on TV or if I have someone to walk and talk with. Anyhoo- my exercise went really well.
I ate really well also. I would probably say I was perfect.
So then- why did I only lose 1 pound? I don’t know. But it’s discouraging.
