I did okay this last week. I was supposed to start my diet on Sunday but I didn’t really get serious until about Wednesday. When I weighed in today (Saturday) I had lost 3.5 pounds and several inches. I wish I had gotten started earlier in the week since I could have lost even more. I ate pretty healthy all week except I snacked more than I should have until Wednesday. I started the couch to 5k too and have done okay. I feel like I can’t breathe and that I might possibly die when I do the running part. I guess that’s normal though. Hoping that next week gets a little easier.
