My weigh in was much better this week.
As far as how my week went- it’s been so hot and humid that I haven’t exercised.
As far as eating- I didn’t eat much at all. I’ve been super anxious and worried this week about some stuff and wasn’t really able to eat much. There was even one day when I couldn’t eat anything all day long.
So the results I saw were probably because I pretty much starved this week.
I lost 3 pounds. My total so far is 7.5 pounds and I have 20 left to lose. I know I won’t be able do that in the next 6 or so weeks for our trip, so my goal for our trip is to lose 10 more. I don’t want to discourage myself, so I need to be realistic in my goal. If I lose more than that- great! But if not I’m not giving up!
