Even though we had frost warnings last night I think the weather is finally going to be nice this week. So we plan to do lots of grilling this week.  If anyone has some great grilling ideas I’d love to hear them.  Rich always does the grilling- so the more grilling I have planned the more cooking he does

Monday- leftovers from Sunday
Tuesday- bbq chicken
Wednesday- hot dogs
Thursday- chicken fingers and french fries
Friday- marinated chicken
Saturday- my parents may be here visiting and if they are we will probably go out to eat at my dad’s favorite local place
Sunday- I have no idea, I won’t be doing any cooking

I really need to start doing my Menu Planning again.  When I don’t do it I never know what to cook.  Every evening around 5pm I stare at the refrigerator and go through the cupboards looking for something to make.  So, I am back to doing Menu Plan Mondays so that I can be better organized.

Monday- Pizza, with a fabulous new pizza sauce recipe I’ll post later.
Tuesday- Chicken fingers and fries
Wednesday- Ham and Swiss Casserole
Thursday- Peppy Macaroni
Friday- Breakfast
Saturday- BBQ chicken on the grill
Sunday- Beef Pot Roast

You know what I just realized?  I never did my menu plan this week.  Shame on me.  None of you know what we are planning to have for dinner and I’m sure you’ve been checking my blog each and every hour waiting for my post. 

Anyhoo, here we go:

Monday- Hot dogs and salad
Tuesday- Chili and roasters
Wednesday- Ham and Tater Bake
Thursday- Lasagna
Friday- Beef and Taco Skillet
Saturday- Turkey and stuffing casserole

So, that’s my plan for this week.  Sorry I kept all of you on the edge of your seats waiting for that!
